A Brief Introduction...
You have died, but now have risen. Once again, you walk among the living. Not alive, not dead, but undead. Not heaven, not hell, but somewhere far more dreadful you dwell. Trapped between the world of the living and the dominion of the dead, your only salvation is wreaking havoc upon this small Texas town by harvesting enough souls to send you back to your maker. Only one will be granted this divine privilege, so get ready for the biggest race of your death as you begin your quest to bring terror and horror to the land of the living.
How The Game Plays
This game celebrates the underdog – a world where anything is possible. Characters will change hands. Strategies will become apparent and useless as chaos breaks out. Souls will be lost and gained in brutal blows, and you will feel the relentless beckoning of the undead laying waste to the land of the living. Each character has abilities that can and will topple the balance of the game at any given moment in unpredictable and wickedly wonderful ways.
Using the characters’ abilities is essential for your ascent into Death, and knowing the abilities of each character will aid you on this ominous quest. Abilities are subtly brutal. Do not pull any punches, or it will be you who is stomped into the ground. Hundreds of possible turn outcomes will keep every player savagely scrambling back into the fray. There is nowhere to run; nowhere to hide; no time to live; just time to die.
One moment you will be reveling in magnificent malevolence raining blows upon the living and the undead; the next you will be rolling in glorious depravity as you feel the hammer come down upon you. Leave everything behind when entering this world and playing this game – all relationships, all alliances. They will not save you. You are undead, driven by the basest of needs – the need to feed. The undead have risen and are walking among the living, butchering, slaying, slaughtering, annihilating, massacring and harvesting unsuspecting residents of this little town on a mission to forge their passage into the world of Death.
