Please read my Policy described below on rescheduling your training session(s).
NOTIFICATION:
Training sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled provided I am informed the business day prior to your session excluding weekends and holidays. It is your responsibility to notifiy me that you need to reschedule a scheduled training session.
For example, if you are scheduled for a session on Tuesday (and Monday is NOT a holiday), then notification before the end of business on Monday (5:00pm) is sufficient notice. You need not reschedule at that time, simply notify me, so that I may adjust my schedule accordingly. Should you be scheduled on Monday (and Friday is NOT a holiday), then notification before the end of business (5:00pm) on Friday is sufficient notice. Again, you need not reschedule at that time, simply notify me, so that I may adjust my schedule accordingly.
An email notification is sufficient or you may call me.
RESCHEDULING:
After proper notification, I will contact you to reschedule your training session. You may submit proposed rescheduling dates and times with notification, and I will contact you regarding schedule availability.
