PROGRAM DESIGN:

I offer a flexible, interactive program design based upon each individual's needs, goals and personal preferences offering daily training, monitoring and instruction or monthly training, monitioring and instruction and all variations between, such as bi-monthly or semi-monthly programs. In addition,  I offer strength training to any athlete (runners, cyclists, climbers, dancers, golfers, etc...).

Many factors come into play including client needs, client preferences, available time and scheduling requirements as well as monetary considerations. Your training will require a commitment just as learning to play an instrument, learning a martial art form or taking a university class. If you have never had the opportunity to have a professional fitness program designed, implemented and monitored, I advise daily training (3x per week) until you feel comfortable going solo. And then, at least one week per month of supervised training to monitor and update your program to keep it current and challenging.  So, whatever your need, I can accommodate you and put you on the road to a healthier, more active life.
