For those of you who prefer training/coaching in a private environment, I offer sessions at my home facility. It is located in Northeast Austin 1/2 mile from Hwy 183 and IH-35. I offer both individual sessions and sessions for two.

When looking at personal training and fitness coaching, it is helpful to view such an endeavor similar to that of music lessons or language lessons. If you only put in one practice session per week, you will only achieve a minimal skill level and will probably be disappointed with the results. Just like learning a new skill or talent, getting to know your body and how to create the kind of physique you desire will take some time, experience and effort. I have helped many people accomplish things that on the onset of their program seemed far-fetched. This is not an uncommon feeling. It's overwhelming to contemplate the journey you have before you to reach your goals. Where to start? What works? What doesn't? With my professional coaching, I can guide you, cut through the obstacles that desuade most and give you the tools you need to achieve your goals.

No goal is too small or too big. For some, simply regaining lost range of movement to be able to engage in activities of daily living is a momenumental achievement and will significantly alter one's life. For another, becoming a Olympic Runner and competing in an international forum is their goal.
