I have officially dropped the Hammer! Thank you for your continued interest and support. I am 100% in full competition training and have a great feeling about this coming season. This show is a key show for me, which could very well propel me into the International Forum. My performance in Middleton, Pennsylvania will determine my eligibility to compete in the MR. UNIVERSE show in Southport, England (just Northwest of Manchester) on October 4th. I will be in the best shape of my life, and ironically, my starting bodyfat percentage this season is equal to my ending bodyfat percentage at my first show some eight years ago. I will be ripped to the bone my friends! Getting There: If you are interested in supporting me at my competition in Middletown, PA, Southwest Airlines offers a direct flight from Austin, TX to Baltimore (77 miles away). You may also fly into Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) on another carrier, but expect 1-3 connections. Competition Hotel: Days Inn: Located at 800 S. Eisenhower Blvd, Middletown, PA. Their phone number is (717) 939-4147. They have a special rate of $59.99 per night for the event.  Be sure to ask for the "NABBA Bodybuilding" special event rate. Rooms must be booked by September 6th, but they only have a limited number of 2-bed non-smoking rooms, so book early. In addition, the hotel has a shuttle bus that runs to and from the Harrisburg International Airport (MDT). Event Venue: The event will be held at Middletown Area Senior High School located at 1155 North Union Street, Middletown, PA. Event Schedule: Prejudging:     12:00pm. Evening Show: 6:00pm. Tickets are $25.00 per person for the show. The King's Feast: Immediately following the competition, all of my supporters are invited to join me in a traditional celebratory meal at a local restaurant. Win or Lose.
